Since 1945 Leppo Rents has been serving the compact construction market in Northeast Ohio. We are a proud Bobcat, JLG, Hydro Mobile, Doosan and Stihl dealer with 140 employees and seven different locations throughout Northeast Ohio.

Dan has been with Leppo for 24 years since he graduated college, starting in 1993 when he became a Bobcat sales specialist in three counties. When he started, Leppo only had one location and about 23 employees. In 1995, Leppo expanded to Youngstown and Dan started representing Leppo in two more counties. In 2006, Dan took on the role of sales manager and eventually became the VP of sales. As he received more responsibilities, his title became Vice President. Dan’s favorite part about working for Leppo is the potential for growth and development within the company. - D.L

Stephanie started working in the wash bay 18 years ago. She then received her CDL and started to deliver equipment. Afterwards, she moved onto parts, where she worked until 2014. She eventually started working on rentals in addition to parts, then became the store manager at Wooster. In her 15th year with Leppo, she became the general manager of Tallmadge. Stephanie’s favorite parts about working for Leppo are the family environment and the opportunities for personal development. - S.S

Jeff started in 1991 a parts intern. He then worked at the parts counter and became a rental coordinator. In 2005, he transferred to Canton and eventually became the rental manager. Jeff also prepared the Wooster branch for opening, which required building the parts room and setting up the facility. Afterwards, he transferred back to Canton as the branch manager then became general manager. He worked on rental with all branches, and eventually became the VP of rental. When Razor opened in 2013, he became the corporate VP. In April 2016, Jeff became the President of Razor Rents. Jeff’s favorite parts about working at Leppo are the stability and the close-knit environment. - J.U
